Tokai Cat's Eye CE-300 steel-string guitar, made in Japan in 1975. This particular example is from the first series, and features the logo in capital letters, the truss rod cover on the headstock, and the C. F. Martin Guitars reference on the label.
Aside from some stains on the top (likely caused by moisture seeping through small cracks in the finish), the guitar is in quite good condition for its age. The truss rod is adjustable, and the saddle has plenty of clearance.
The guitar has been thoroughly cleaned, tested, and set up. New 80/20 12-gauge strings have been installed.
