Tokai Cat's Eye CE-200D steel-string guitar, made in Japan in the 1970s.
The guitar is in very good condition for its age. The truss rod is adjustable, and there is still plenty of clearance for the saddle.
Spruce top, mahogany back and sides.
The guitar has been thoroughly cleaned, tested, and set up. New 80/20 12-gauge strings have been installed.
