Global Series, Made in the Philippines. With Turbo Blender Circuit.
The Bacchus GP-001 is a highly popular electric guitar model from the brand's Global Series, produced at Deviser’s dedicated Philippine factory. It was built directly as the highly accessible counterpart to Bacchus' premium Japanese Handmade Series "G-PLAYER" model.
Core Specifications
• Body: Philippine Alder (providing a balanced, classic tone)
• Body Shape: Dinky-style body shape (slightly smaller and more contoured than a traditional Fender Stratocaster, making it highly ergonomic and easy to handle)
• Neck: Maple with a 25.5-inch scale length
• Fingerboard: Rosewood (280R radius, 42mm nut width)
• Pickups: 3 Bacchus Original Single-Coil Pickups (SSS configuration)
• Hardware: Rotomatic-type tuners and a classic synchronized tremolo bridge
The Standout Feature: The Turbo Blender
The defining electronic component of the GP-001 is its Turbo Blender circuit, which replaces the second tone knob.
• How it works: When the blender knob is fully clockwise, the guitar functions like a traditional 3-single-coil Stratocaster.
• The Humbucker Effect: As you turn the blender knob counter-clockwise, it begins connecting the middle pickup to either the bridge or neck pickup in a series circuit (as opposed to standard parallel wiring). This gradually thickens your tone, driving your amplifier harder to deliver a fat, powerful sound that mimics a true humbucker pickup.
The middle pickup is RWRP, which neans that positions 2 and 4 are hum cancelling.
A whammy bar can be included, if needed.
The guitar was thoroughly cleaned, the frets were leveled and polished, and the neck curvature, string action, and pickup height were adjusted.
Shipping (also from within the EU) us possible at the buyer's expense and risk. I pack well and secure.
